Job Title: Small Parts AssemblerPay/Shift17/hr1st shift - 6am-3:30pm - M-FJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Small Parts Assembler, working 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging components according to established work instructions and quality standards. Your contribution will ensure product quality, workplace safety, and efficient production operations.Responsibilities Assemble small parts accurately by following detailed work instructions and procedures. Inspect assembled components to ensure quality and conformance to specifications. Package finished parts according to production requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Properly use tools, equipment, and materials to conserve resources and support production goals. Complete required production, quality, and documentation forms accurately and on time. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets. Assist in other departments or perform additional tasks as needed to support production demands. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in small parts assembly, inspection, and production. Ability to read and understand blueprints and quality inspection standards. Familiarity with assembly line operations and mechanical assembly processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Good attendance and punctuality. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Basic math skills.
