Job Title: Assembly Worker Location: Warsaw, Indiana Pay Rate: $17/hr Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Assembly Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our production process by assembling products according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in contributing to the creation of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently to approved specifications. - Follow detailed verbal or written instructions, procedures, and specifications to perform assembly tasks. - Ensure that all products are properly assembled and meet quality standards. - Inspect and test assembled parts or products for defects and ensure they meet functional requirements. - Maintain a clean and organized work area to foster a safe and efficient environment. - Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to the supervisor promptly. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify ways to improve or optimize assembly operations. - Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience in an assembly role or manufacturing environment. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. High school diploma or equivalent.
