Maintenance (1st shift)

Job Full Description Monticello Company looking for 1st Shift Skilled Maintenance Job Duties, Including but not limited to: Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. Diagnose problem and repair machine. Dismantle defective machine/equipment and install new/repaired part. Clean / lubricate shafts, bearings, gears and other parts of machine. Install / repair electrical apparatus such as transformers / wiring and electrical and electronic components. Lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe system and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Repair / replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment. Install programs or repair automated machinery and equipment. Set up and operate lathe, grinder, drill and milling machine to repair / fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools. Operate cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts. Determine malfunction of industrial truck in order to plan work procedures for repair. Install new ignition systems, brake repairs, change or recharge batteries.
