PGSE ICC/Interoperability Lead

The candidate for this position must be a Subject Matter Expert, and is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Integrated Command and Control (ICC) and Link-16 systems software. The incumbent will coordinate Link-16 interoperability updates, testing, and security certification with the Army, JITC, and ICTOs. A primary function of this role is to provide capability briefings to the MDA Operational Capability Baseline Working Group (OWG) and the External Asset List Working Group (EALWG) to facilitate approval for connection to the Missile Defense System Network. The position directs ICC software content, development, and testing oversight, which includes the management of software issues, IV&V findings, OEM improvements, and the review of System Trouble Reports (STRs) and Software Investigation Requests (SIRs). The incumbent will review and approve all ICC software documentation within MEARS and the Patriot Data Management (PDM) system. Additional duties include serving as the JAT test lead, processing ICC SACO and RFI tasks for both U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers and acting as a backup to the Software Lead for configuration management and TIR prioritization meetings. This position requires OCONUS travel to support FMS partners with firmware updates, software recovery, and program management reviews. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
