Perform Facility Maintenance, Repairs, and upgrades to plumbing, single and 3 phase electrical systems and other facility systems. QualificationsA qualified Candidate will possess... Excellent written and verbal Communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as maintenance manuals, engineering technical documents, and electrical schematics. Experienced in the use of a large array of hand and power tools. Robust problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to reach sound conclusions. Knowledge of general safety practices as it relates to maintenance functions. Pay: $25 - $32/hour
