Façade Estimator Specialist

Job Description Join a leading Façade organization known for its success! We are seeking a talented Façade Estimator with expertise in glass and glazing or façade estimating. Qualifications and Experience Required: 0-5+ years of Project Management experience in Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, Sunshades/Screens, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylight projects. Unitized Curtainwall experience is a plus. Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with confidence. Proven track record in managing projects from contract acquisition through to close-out, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and close-out documentation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, structural drawings, shop drawings, and schedules to understand architectural intent. Experience with project management software, spreadsheets, and estimating software is preferred. Ability to maintain and manage accrued material, equipment, and labor costs, ideally finalizing projects under budget. A strong desire for professional growth and advancement. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and site personnel.
