How you'll contribute We're looking for a skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, exercises strong critical thinking, and works confidently with minimal supervision. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage drug therapy protocols Review, interpret, and evaluate medication orders to prevent or resolve drug-related issues Provide drug information and education to physicians, healthcare staff, patients, and pharmacy students Document clinical interventions to support ongoing quality improvement Ensure medication orders are accurate and complete prior to entry Verify final medication preparation for accuracy after technician filling What You Bring Strong judgment and decision-making skills Ability to stay composed and effective in stressful situations Commitment to safe, evidence-based patient care What we're looking for Education: Bachelor's Degree Required; Doctoral Degree Preferred Licenses: Pharmacy License in the state of Arkansas Why join us We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
