Job Summary: As the Pharmacy and Part D Administration Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the financial and operational integrity of our PACE Part D and PBM programs. You'll work closely with Finance, Pharmacy, IT, Compliance, PBM partners, and project leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams to manage complex information. Your work will support sound decision-making and help ensure seniors receive reliable pharmacy benefits as part of their care. Schedule: First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. Build and maintain forecasts for drug spend, rebates, low-income cost-sharing, reinsurance, and risk corridors. Analyze financial results and explain variances, trends, and risks to leadership. Oversee processes related to Prescription Drug Event data quality, timeliness, and completeness. Monitor TrOOP accumulation and low-income cost-sharing to ensure alignment with program rules. Lead Part D financial reconciliation activities, including reinsurance, low-income cost-sharing, and risk corridor settlements. Review and validate PBM pricing files, claims logic, and financial reports. Serve as a key point of contact for PBM finance and data questions, working closely with project leadership. Partner with Compliance on audits, controls, documentation, and corrective actions. Develop reports and dashboards that translate complex data into clear, usable insights. Support continuous improvement efforts to strengthen Part D and PBM workflows. Everyone's journey is unique. What Makes You a Great Fit: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Comfortable working with detailed data and complex benefit structures. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, health administration, actuarial science, or a related field required. Five or more years of experience in healthcare finance, managed care, pharmacy benefits, or Medicare Part D. Experience with Part D reconciliation, PBM operations, or drug cost analysis strongly preferred PACE or dual-eligible experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with reporting or analytics tools is helpful. Physical Requirements: Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
