Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:30 - 16:00) Description: Occupational Therapist Start Date: Every other week on Mondays (once fully cleared) Shift (hours & time of day): M-F 730-4 or 7-330 with 30 minute lunch Ratios: 8 treatments/day Years of experience REQ: 1 year of experience First-timers accepted: Yes Certs Required: BLS; NBCOT Weekend REQ:1 Saturday per month for 4 hours. Can be anytime you would like. No Call Requirement Float Required: No Open to accommodating block schedule (all shifts together): No Pending State License accepted: Yes, but must have license to practice in WV RTO Restrictions: None Special Requirements: None Unit Description: Medical Rehabilitation Unit inside a Trauma hospital. Primarily stroke patients (40%). An entire OT gym with kitchen. Wide variety of technology available. Great collaboration between PT/OT and SLP. Rewarding results. The best kept secret for therapy in the state. Hospital Highlights: Scrub Color: Anything except blue, forest green or maroon because those are nursing colors.
