Job Title: ESA IT Business Analyst (PMO) Location: Fort Worth, TX Duration: 8+ Months Job Description: 1. Support ERP IT Management / IT Director with day to day operations of IT function a. Management reporting - Create/Support with PowerPoint slides and Excel for management reporting. b. Team meetings - Organizing team meeting, Agenda, Moderation Action items, follow up on action items. c. Prepare and publish project progress reviews and conduct recurring project meetings. 2. Support tracking contracts, Statement of Work and purchase orders for the IT function a. Tracking departmental contracts b. Working with IT management, Procurement & vendor for CDAs, new MSAs, MSA renewals c. Vendor on-boarding and compliance paperwork d. Sending contracts for reviews to procurement and legal team e. Sending contracts for signature f. Creating purchase orders for contracts g. Tracking of Contract and PO progress, goods receipts and accruals with finance team h. Provide management reporting for contracts, plan vs actuals, variances, and any delays. i. Follow up with suppliers for PO and invoicing related issues 3. Support with budget activities and tracking spend 4. Support with team on-boarding activities, working with vendors to get required compliance documentation, working with HR to get resources on-boarded etc 5. Utilize internal Teams platform to highlight project completions/success and other milestones 6. Prepare and coordinate collection of information and communication for leaders and the leadership team. 7. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Skills - 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skill 2. Advance user of PowerPoint, Excel and Teams. 3. Experience using Client Office application Word, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, online meeting collaboration tools, IM, etc. 4. Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization skills 5. Working knowledge with Procurement applications, like creating purchase orders, tracking invoices etc. Quick learner with using internal applications (SAP, iCertis, Ariba, ServiceNow, DocuSign etc) 6. Knowledge of accounting, tracking project budget and spend is preferred. 7. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision 8. Strong interpersonal skills 9. Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion
