WorthKey Job Elements:• Salesforce Platform Support Help clean up technical debt, outdated automations, and unused metadata. Support Account & Contact cleanup to improve customer segmentation, data quality, and enable customer 360 (Voice of Customer/VOC). Contribute to junior admin tasks (set up new users, page layouts, internal support). • Data & Business Analytics Conduct customer stratification and data quality reviews. Build and improve dashboards/reports while developing analytical skills. Analyze business segments to understand product lines, customer types, and opportunities. Documentation (Requirements documentation, IT Testing, UATm etc.) • Journey Mapping & Discovery Support stakeholder interviews, requirements gathering, and mapping end‑to‑end customer journeys. Identify process gaps where digital tools—including Salesforce—can improve experience and efficiency. • Digital Transformation Support Assist in testing, story validation, and Salesforce enhancement QA. Participate in digital modernization initiatives and system improvement projects. • Training & Documentation Help create training resources, how‑to guides, and internal enablement content. Assist with materials for workshops, onboarding, and business unit engagement. Will need to be able to read detailed billing statements and be detailed oriented.• Work Environment-Will spend the majority of time in office environment, although exposed occasionally to plant exposure to hot and cold environments along with noise exposure.• Emotional Demands-Must have good communication skills. Be capable to multi-task and work independently. Ability to adapt to frequent changes in tasks and workload.• Safety-The position will require the adherence to all safety practices and use of PPE while in a facility manufacturing facility to include eye, face, hand and hearing protection, steel toed boots, no jewelry and hard hats. This not a safety sensitive position.Transportation: Public transportation and ride share services are limited in some of our locations. Interns are responsible for securing their own transportation to and from work each day and must have a reliable plan for transportation to be eligible for a position.
