Fire Alarm Helper Job Description: • Assist with the installation of wiring and mounting of commercial fire alarm systems under the supervision of licensed technicians. • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and floor plans to determine device locations and cable pathways. • Pull and terminate low-voltage cables for devices such as smoke detectors, strobes, pull stations, heat sensors, and duct detectors. • Verify system functionality through continuity checks, voltage testing, and basic troubleshooting procedures. Basic Requirements: • Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. • Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
