Position Title: Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics This role seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics to support our Commercial teams. The individual will play a crucial role in driving strategic business decisions through the development and delivery of insightful marketing and commercial analytics. The position requires a strong background in sales force effectiveness analysis, territory management, segmentation, and targeting. Familiarity with IQVIA data and Tableau dashboards is essential. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse audiences. Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain sales performance dashboards to track KPIs Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand trends, identify growth opportunities, and address performance gaps Support territory alignment, quota setting, and incentive compensation planning Deliver actionable insights to commercial leadership to optimize go-to-market strategies and resource allocation Support customer segmentation, targeting, and account-level insights using CRM and other data sources Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior Identify growth opportunities and support sales operations with analytical insights that help shape go-to-market strategies and business outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and improve reporting capabilities Act as the analytics liaison in cross-functional launch or strategy meetings Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner Identify white space and growth opportunities across geographies and customer segments Forecast product performance using historical trends and market dynamics This role does not directly manage people, but processes Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or commercial operations in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Medical Device industry Strong experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate results to non-technical audiences Must have strong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills Must have a passion for driving business impact through data Experience supporting field sales teams in a regulated healthcare environment Familiarity with IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva, or other life syndicated data providers Must have experience supporting decision-making in a company's sales, marketing, and overall commercial strategy Must be a strong analytical thinker who can use data to provide teams with what actions will drive growth Masters or MBA is preferred Experience with scripting languages like R or Python is preferred Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee and dependents PTO Life/AD&D, STD/LTD, and FSA options 401K with company match Hybrid work schedule Numerous holidays and two floating holidays If you are a Senior Manager - Commercial Analytics looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #LI-KJ1
