Automotive Manufacturing Team Member Job Summary: The team member role is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment within various departments in accordance with company standards and operating procedures. He/she will be responsible for producing quality materials necessary to manufacture automatic transmissions and transmission accessories. Responsibilities The production team member is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment within various departments in accordance with company standards and operating procedures He/she will be responsible for producing quality materials necessary to manufacture automatic transmissions and transmission accessories Qualifications: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a monthly rotating schedule Ability to learn and follow rules and procedures Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus Math skills-Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus.
