Hiring: Revenue Cycle Billing Specialists Gilbert, AZ (Onsite + 1 Day WFH) $24-$27 per hour Full-Time | Monday-Friday MOGEL is partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology organization in the East Valley to hire Billing Specialists focused on claims, denials, and payer follow-up. If you have experience working denied claims and enjoy solving complex billing issues, this is an opportunity to join a stable, performance-driven revenue cycle team. What You'll Be Doing • Submit and rebill insurance claims • Work denials and rejections to resolution • Research payer guidelines and billing discrepancies • Update EMR demographics and patient information • Meet departmental productivity and quality metrics This is a back-end revenue cycle role - strong attention to detail and claims knowledge are key. Schedule & Flexibility Monday-Friday Consistent 8-hour shift (start time between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Onsite: Monday-Wednesday & Friday Remote: Thursdays Schedule remains consistent once selected.
