Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Architect Job ID: 25-11971 Location: Trenton, NJ Duration: 12 Months On Contract Works across Application Development, Service Delivery, and Infrastructure to identify, research, discuss, design, and implement key architecture standards. The individual in this role will require a combination of deep technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills, requiring someone who can think strategically while understanding the practical implications of architectural decisions across the entire organization. key responsibility involves designing integration strategies for disparate systems, applications, and data sources across the enterprise. This includes establishing common interfaces, architecture principles, data standards, and best practices. The role will support senior management on complex technology initiatives and investment decisions. Additionally, create an architecture review process to evaluate proposed solutions against standards and strategic objectives. Collaborate with the security team to ensure solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements. hybrid work schedule of 3 days onsite 2 days remote is preferred, but willing to discuss other arrangements as little as one day onsite a week for the right candidate. Required 7 Years Knowledge of database/data dictionary systems and applications. Required 7 Years Knowledge of application portfolio management, software design patterns, application integration, legacy system modernization, app lifecycle mgmt. Required 7 Years Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, master data management, data warehousing, analytics platforms, and data quality frameworks. Required 7 Years Knowledge of infrastructure components, platforms, development tools, middleware, and technology standards. Both on-prem and cloud-based tech stacks. Required 7 Years bility to prepare clear, accurate, informative reports/documentation on database systems, including creation/maintenance of data dictionary docs. Required 7 Years bility to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders at all levels. Required 7 Years bility to communicate effectively in writing and orally with various levels of data center and department personnel Required 7 Years bility to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Required 7 Years bility to maintain essential records and files. Required 7 Years bility to learn how to utilize various types of electronic and/or manual recording and information systems used by the agency. Required 7 Years bility to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of the position. Required 7 Years Experience in government or regulatory environments. Required 7 Years TOGAF Certification, Certified Enterprise Architect, or similar recognized enterprise architecture credentials that demonstrate formal training. Highly desired 7 Years • AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certifications. Multi Highly desired 7 Years Multi-cloud experience is particularly valuable. Highly desired 7 Years Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, cloud migrations, or enterprise modernization programs from start to end. Highly desired 7 Years Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software development lifecycle practices. Highly desired 7 Years Comfort presenting to executive leadership, board members, or external stakeholders. Highly desired 7 Years bility to communicate complex technical strategies in business terms. Highly desired 7 Years Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $106.48 per hour.
