The Inventory Control & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all products meet company quality standards. This role helps prevent losses, reduce errors, and improve operational efficiency by monitoring inventory movement and inspecting products for accuracy and condition. Key Responsibilities Inventory Control Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Track product movement (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping). Update inventory records in warehouse management systems. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of materials. Work with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED (required); associate degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or warehouse operations (preferred). Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to analyze data and solve problems. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
