Load and Performance Lead Engineer

Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide performance testing capabilities for complex applications. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design test cases, create performance test scripts, and execute performance scenarios. Required Skills & Qualifications 5-10 years of hands-on experience as a developer and/or performance architect Specialized Python programming skills and understanding of web protocols including HTTP and Citrix Experience with Load Runner or JMeter for designing and executing load and performance tests Proficiency in using VUGen 9.5 or greater for advanced test script development Ability to use monitoring/profiling tools such as Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, and AWR reports Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in any load management applications like LoanIQ (Finastra) Development experience with programming languages such as C, Java, SQL Knowledge of Splunk for load test analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities Work under the direction and with a Performance Lead Write technical performance test plans Develop data-driven load test scripts using Citrix Protocol Lead data creation activities for load tests Design and execute different types of load tests (load, failover, aging, etc.) Collaborate with application development, architecture, infrastructure, and production support groups for defect triage and production planning Report findings according to a defined process Participate in project/team meetings and actively contribute Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse workplace environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
