This role will primarily involve using React, so expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure Product/Project Deliverables: o Ensure that products and projects delivered meet customer requirements and specifications. o Engage in rigorous testing and troubleshooting to maintain the highest standards of product quality. 2. Drive Process Improvements: o Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance team coordination and maintain delivery schedules. o Implement best practices in web development to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team. 3. Communication with Leadership: o Regularly communicate with leadership regarding status, issues, milestones, and successes. o Provide transparent and proactive updates to keep all stakeholders informed. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in web development. Proven expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with Redux for managing application state. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with leadership and team members. Strong understanding of fundamental React concepts and principles, including functional components, hooks, and the Context API. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge and understanding of best practices around user interaction. Some experience with UX design. Experience working in an Agile environment. Ability to integrate frontend React components with various backend REST APIs. Secret Clearance with onsite support.Added Bonus Skills: Knowledge of backend development with Java. Experience with SQL databases.
