In support of the Ordnance Test Facility, Skylla's Test Engineer III will provide test, evaluation planning, development, execution and analysis across a wide array of Marine Corps Programs. All support shall be consistent with current T&E policy and MCSC T&E Handbook guidance. Duties include, but are not limited to: Review and advise Customer personnel on T&E policy and MCSC T&E Handbook guidance. Expertise with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project) Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently as well as part of an Integrated Product Team. Ability to multitask and produce quality products. Required ExperienceBachelor of Science Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field of study with 3 - 8 years' experience. A Master's may be considered in lieu of 3 years of relevant experience. 6 years of relevant technical experience and military training may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor of Science. Experience developing material for test plans, reports, manuals, documentation, briefs, proposals, and related technical documentation. Demonstrated experience planning and executing test events. Desired at hire: Range Safety Officer certification GSA License
