Web to Print Specialist

Prisma is seeking a Web to Print Specialist in one of the most exciting and strategically important parts of our business. Web to Print is one of the fastest growing segments of the commercial print industry. The successful candidate will report to the Web to Print Supervisor. The Web to Print Specialist is primarily responsible for support of our proprietary eCommerce platform. They will work cross-functionally with our Technology, and Production Teams to program and maintain products and other elements on our various sites. Come join the award-winning Prisma Team today! You Will Work with Prisma's internal stakeholders to program and maintain products and other elements on our various sites. Perform all assigned duties in a timely manner Export client art from InDesign and then work in Acrobat (Fusion Pro plug-in) to create needed dynamic templates Use basic HTML and JavaScript codes for site/product functionality Create product images and keep sites up-to-date Work and update various online customer project management systems Answer customer calls and emails as needed Ensure consistent and accurate information is communicated You Are Comfortable with new technologies. Self-motivated with a proactive work style Detail oriented and able to maintain expected quality standards A creative problem solver An effective communicator and able to work with both internal and external stakeholders Excited to work in a fast pace, highly collaborative environment You Have High school diploma or equivalent Previous background in the print industry Experience working with Adobe Suite Experience working in MS Office applications Knowledge of Fusion Pro (or other web-to-print platform), Basic knowledge of Java & HTML Plusses Education or working experience in graphic design Familiarity with large sets of data Comfortable with Excel data editing and formatting Experience in delivering top notch customer service
