Compensation Package Base Salary: $36,000 - $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience and performance) Benefits: Group health insurance 401(k) with a 3.5% company match (eligible after 90 days) Benefits package available after 90 days of employment Commission Structure: Competitive, with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance Work Environment: Flexible options, including remote work for experienced producers (after an initial 30-45 day in-office training period) Responsibilities Develop and maintain a book of business, focusing on small to mid-sized accounts Build and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Identify and pursue new business opportunities, acting as a hunter in the market Quote and bind new and renewal business, leveraging company resources and tools Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve individual and team goals Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best solutions to clients Qualifications/Requirements Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (valid in East Coast states, excluding NY, NJ, and WV) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent insurance agency, with a preference for candidates experienced in both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software such as Vertafore QQ and Momentum (NowCerts) Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving Other Requirements: Successful completion of a background check #LI-EM1
