Job #: 106188 Title: CNC Machinist - Set Up Operator Location: Machesney Park, IL Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Position: CNC MACHINIST Description: Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist - Set Up Operator with strong experience on CNC Vertical Machining Centers in Machesney Park, IL. This position is on 1st shift with hours from 6:00am-4:00pm. This position requires the ability to independently set up machines, run jobs, and make adjustments using G-code to produce quality parts. Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers Load and edit programs; adjust offsets as needed Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Troubleshoot machining and quality issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Requirements: Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Set Up Operator Strong setup experience on CNC Vertical Machining Centers Working knowledge of G-code Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Benefits: Many of our positions at Dickey Staffing are temp-to-hire.
