Carpenter - Springfield Apartments

We are seeking a highly motivated residential Carpenter to join our team in the Richmond, VA area! This is an onsite Carpenter position for an apartment community - Springfield Apartments This is a full time position with 40 hours per week guaranteed! Working hours are currently Mon-Fri. Weinstein Properties owns and manages all of our properties which provides stability and growth opportunities! Compensation: Pay - starting at $24 per hour depending on experience Quarterly Bonus - $980 potential (based on performance of property and team) Benefits - vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company match Requirements: Carpenter candidates must possess at least 4 years of residential carpentry experience. Job duties include demolition, sheet rock installation/repair, kitchen & bath renovations, door installation, framing and trim work. Basic plumbing and electrical skills are a plus! Must have and use your own tools. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license REQUIRED. DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.
