Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this role Executive leadership over the revenue cycle portfolio with oversight of pre service and pre access departments to ensure comprehensive pre arrival management. Strategic accountability for R1 workflow integrity through a dedicated auditing team focused on ER records, denial management, and vendor performance validation. Creation of operational visibility and management controls for previously unmonitored areas including scheduling, registration, and all pre service financial clearances. Optimization of pre arrival revenue capture through insurance verification, clinical authorizations, and securing all point of service collections before the patient reaches the facility. Integration of quality assurance protocols to synchronize workflows between pre access teams and facility based registration leadership for accurate data handoff at the point of care. What minimum requirements you'll needEducation: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. What additional preferences we're seeking Proven track record in high-volume revenue cycle environments with the ability to bridge the gap between technical auditing and operational pre-access execution. Demonstrated success in establishing line-of-sight and performance metrics within decentralized or previously unmanaged registration and scheduling departments. Extensive experience managing third-party workflows and large-scale point-of-service collection strategies prior to patient arrival.
