Job Title: CNC Lathe Haas MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Haas Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This position involves machine set-up of tooling, drills, latches, grinders, lathes, and milling machines, as well as metal finishing and lathe manual machining.Responsibilities Set up machines including tooling, drills, latches, grinders, lathes, and milling machines. Perform metal finishing tasks. Engage in lathe manual machining and set-up. Conduct tool and die inspection. Interpret prints and engineer drawings. Cut and shape dies and assemble completed parts. Assess completed product performance. Essential Skills Proficiency in CNC Lathe operations. Experience in machine set-up of tooling, drills, latches, grinders, and milling machines. Skilled in metal finishing. Knowledgeable in using micrometers, calipers, and gages. Experience in roll forming, tool, and die making. Familiarity with MORI SEIKI LATHES, HAAS, and JONES & LAMSON TURRET LATHE. Additional Skills & Qualifications Significant experience in metal working. Strong manual dexterity. Ability to visualize structural components.
