Job Description

You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Greer, SC location on an Onsite work schedule.In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations. YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on leadership and team management. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Experience with quality control principles and practices. Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant manufacturing tools. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing role with leadership responsibilities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
