Part?Time Cash Application / Accounts Receivable (A/R) Location: Near Beachwood, OH Pay: Up to $25/hrType: Contract?to?Hire Introduction LHH is partnering with a growing organization near the Beachwood area to add a part?time Cash Application / Accounts Receivable (A/R) specialist to their accounting team. This contract?to?hire role is ideal for someone who loves accuracy, thrives in a fast?paced environment, and enjoys reconciling payments with precision. Key Responsibilities Apply daily customer payments (ACH, lockbox, checks) to correct AR accounts Research payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate aging details Communicate with internal teams to resolve remittance or billing issues Support monthly AR closing tasks Assist with special AR or finance projects as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of cash application or accounts receivable experience Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) Strong Excel skills (lookups, filters, reconciliation) High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and comfort in a deadline?driven setting Excellent communication and problem?solving skills How to Apply Submit your resume today.
