Key Responsibilities Apply daily customer payments (ACH, lockbox, checks) to correct AR accounts Research payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate aging details Communicate with internal teams to resolve remittance or billing issues Support monthly AR closing tasks Assist with special AR or finance projects as assigned Qualifications 1+ year of cash application or accounts receivable experience Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics) Strong Excel skills (lookups, filters, reconciliation) High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and comfort in a deadline?driven setting Excellent communication and problem?solving skills How to Apply Submit your resume today.
