Funding & Transaction Support Coordinator (Entry-Level | Banking / Title / Financial Services) Position Summary The Funding & Transaction Support Coordinator assists with the processing and verification of financial transactions related to real estate closings. This role focuses on coordinating wire transfers, confirming receipt of funds, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior banking or financial institution experience looking to transition into the title/real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and processing outgoing and incoming wire transfers Verify wire instructions and confirm receipt of funds Communicate with banks, escrow officers, lenders, and internal teams Review transaction documentation for accuracy and completeness Track daily funding deadlines to ensure timely disbursement Maintain detailed and organized transaction records Assist with resolving minor funding discrepancies Support post-closing file review and administrative follow-up Ensure compliance with internal policies and basic regulatory requirements Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in real estate, title, retail banking, loan ops, or financial services Familiarity with wire transfers, ACH transactions, or cashier's checks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with financial documents and numbers Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with accounting helpful
