Support the resolution to SAG tickets and GEMBA level tasks affecting manufacturing order completion.Basic FunctionProvide technician level support to Production Operations and Engineering personnel. Support the resolution to SAG tickets and GEMBA level tasks affecting manufacturing order completion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble, calibrate, and test electromechanical equipment (e.g. assembly, calibration and test fixtures) without direction. Support daily production issues related to product or production equipment issues that arise and prevent completion of a production order. Analyze and troubleshoot product and equipment failures. Responsible for monitoring the performance of production equipment as well as testing and implementing upgrades and enhancements to equipment and fixtures. Participate in daily Gemba review information to review production performance. Support facilities by assisting with maintenance of production equipment on PM system. Participate in Company continuous improvement and quality improvement initiatives. Willingness and ability to work within a Class 100 clean room environment. Work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment. Create and update operating procedures and other documentation for production area of responsibility as needed. Support hardware and software validations on production equipment prior to release to operations and ensure processes are followed to release through ECN Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Knowledgeable in use of PC application tools, e.g. spreadsheet, word processor, drawing. Proficient in use of various instrumentation tools, eg: oscilloscope, function generator, etc. High school diploma required, 2 year technical degree preferred. PC knowledge with Microsoft Windows, and/or training, or equivalent experience, or special training, required.
