Senior Product Manager, Compliance & EHS Platforms Category: Analytics and Emerging Digital Technologies Main location: United States, Georgia, Atlanta Alternate Location(s): United States, Texas, Dallas United States, Texas, Houston United States, Tennessee, Knoxville United States, North Carolina, Charlotte United States, Virginia, Fairfax Position ID: J0226-1008 Employment Type: Full Time Position Description: CGI is seeking a Senior EHS Product Manager to lead the evolution and market success of ProSteward360 Hazard Communications, our enterprise platform that helps organizations manage chemical compliance, safety data sheets (SDS), labeling, and global regulatory obligations. This role serves as the empowered central point of product leadership-acting as the voice of the customer, the messenger of the market, and the strategic connector between clients, sales, engineering, and delivery teams. You will own the product end-to-end, ensuring continuous delivery of value to customers while driving commercial growth and regulatory relevance in a rapidly evolving global compliance landscape. The ideal candidate is client-facing, data-driven, and deeply curious about how CGI solutions can simplify complex hazard communication and chemical compliance challenges. This role is hybrid and can be located at any CGI office within the United States. Your future duties and responsibilities: Product Strategy & Market Leadership Serve as the voice of the customer and messenger of the market across the organization. Gather and synthesize market intelligence, customer feedback, regulatory trends, and competitive insights to guide product strategy. Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and roadmap definition through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement. Lead data-driven prioritization decisions balancing customer value, regulatory urgency, technical feasibility, and commercial impact. Roadmap & Delivery Build, maintain, and clearly communicate a compelling product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders. Partner with engineering, UX, data, and quality teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and scalable solutions. Champion agile product practices and ensure rapid, iterative delivery of features that solve real customer problems. Client & Go-to-Market Enablement Act as a client-facing product leader, engaging directly with customers to understand workflows, compliance pain points, and success criteria. Support sales, account management, and customer success teams by clearly articulating product value, use cases, and differentiation. Partner with marketing and sales enablement teams to develop product messaging, demos, training materials, and external collateral. Participate in client meetings, advisory boards, and industry forums as a trusted product expert. Hazard Communications & Regulatory Alignment Ensure ProSteward360 supports global hazard communication and chemical compliance requirements (e.g., GHS, OSHA HazCom, REACH, CLP). Translate complex regulatory requirements into intuitive, customer-centric digital capabilities. Stay current on evolving regulations, industry standards, and best practices impacting hazard communication and product stewardship. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Strong communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and storytelling skills Proven product leadership with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes Empathy for users, intellectual curiosity, humility, and strong business acumen 5+ years of product management or related experience, covering the full product lifecycle and agile SDLC Experience working with distributed or remote teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into decisions Willingness to travel up to 20% to meet with clients and internal teams Preferred Experience Experience with SaaS platforms in regulated domains such as EHS, product stewardship, chemical management, or compliance Prior industry experience in product stewardship, chemical compliance, or hazard communications-either in a corporate, consulting, or software provider environment Familiarity with hazard communication concepts including SDS authoring, labeling, chemical inventories, and regulatory reporting Experience working directly with enterprise clients in a consultative or client-facing role Understanding of global regulatory frameworks impacting chemical products and supply chains Prior experience supporting sales enablement or go-to-market activities Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $90,700.00 - $211,600.00.
