This position provides you the opportunity to be an important team member within the Senior Management Team. The position interacts with all levels of the Center and allows you to utilize high-level executive skills.Everyday as an Executive Assistant to the OVP/ED and AED you will..... Collaborate with Senior Leadership to complete assignments and meet organizational goals. Record, prepare, and distribute minutes for leadership and committee meetings. Serve as office manager, maintaining organized files, supplies, and administrative processes. Facilitate key communication between the OVP/Executive Director and internal stakeholders. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events, tours, and conferences. Arrange travel for staff and clients in accordance with policy and cost-effective practices. Maintain personnel files and ensure timely completion of timesheets, leave requests, and evaluations. Prepare and submit expense reports and timesheets for senior leaders. Support daily administrative office operations and special assignments as needed. Provide back-up coverage for the Front Desk. Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to organizational attendance guidelines. EOE#sponsoredQualificationsEDUCATION : Associate's degree in business or other appropriate discipline, or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.EXPERIENCE : Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience as an organizational lead or second line people manager Must have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and other business applications (e.g., accounting software, database tools, etc.) Must have superior written and oral communication expertise, customer service skills, and an ability to independently follow up as required Requires flexibility and an ability to adapt to the demands of rapidly changing priorities. Must demonstrate use of sound judgement and be able to make quick and accurate decisions independently The desire to lead a team through inspiration and motivation, and a passion for establishing a best-in-class brand internally and externally Experience providing administrative support to a member of Senior Management, preferably in a behavioral healthcare, finance, human services or other non-profit comparably sized, multi-site environment Experience working successfully within a matrixed organization with multiple programs and demands, using extreme discretion, tact and a sense of appropriateness of what can be communicated to whom Be a Notary Public or able to apply to become one.
