Requirements MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid and unrestricted New York State medical license Valid DEA license Current BLS/ACLS certification Clean malpractice history 15+ years of primary care clinical experience preferred Benefits salary plus $50K productivity and quality bonus for candidates with 10years + experience   Physician may select a 4 or 5 (regular length) day week.  Must be available (on the rare occasion to go into hospital on weekend for a complication from a surgical case) CMEs - $2500 and 3 days PTO - 4 weeks + 6 federal holidays off with pay unless on call Dec 25th, Jan 1st, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, 4th July, Labor Day 401K - 6% match Life Insurance - One-time annual salary Health, dental, and vision insurance.
