Service Plumbing ManagerLead & Build a New Division | Established Local Company | Columbia, SCPulliam Restoration is expanding into residential service plumbing and is looking for an experienced Service Plumbing Manager to help build and lead the division.This is not a startup working out of a garage.We are an established, well-capitalized local service company with office staff, dispatch, marketing, fleet systems, and leadership already in place. Plumbing will operate as a division within our existing operation.We are looking for a strong service plumber who wants to lead, not just run calls.What This Role Looks LikeYou will start hands-on running residential service calls while helping build the structure for the plumbing division. As the division grows, you will transition into more leadership and oversight.Responsibilities include: Residential and light commercial service plumbing • Diagnosing and pricing jobs on site • Delivering professional customer service • Helping build truck stock and pricing standards • Training and mentoring apprentices • Assisting with recruiting additional technicians • Working with leadership to scale the division This is a leadership opportunity from day one.What We're Looking For 8+ years residential service plumbing experience • Strong troubleshooting skills • Comfortable pricing and selling work in the field • Experience training or leading other plumbers • Organized and professional • Growth mindset • Wants to build something long term This is a service role.
