Job DescriptionMedical Physicist Embark on a pivotal role in healthcare by joining our esteemed medical team as a Medical Physicist. Required Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical physics or a related specialty Master's Degree in Medical Physics or a closely related field ABR certification or eligibility for certification Current AHA BLS certification Ability to adhere to strict safety and quality protocols Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced radiation therapy equipment and LINAC systems Familiarity with dosimetry and treatment planning software Previous work in a high-volume clinical setting Additional licensures or certifications in specialized areas of medical physics Preferred Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Medical Physics or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in medical physics, particularly in oncology settings Certification by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) Proven track record of working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams Other Requirements: No local candidates within 50 miles Availability to work full-time hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday) Willingness to travel as required for licensing, certifications, or professional development Eligible for reimbursement related to licensure, certification, travel, and other related expenses This is a rewarding opportunity for qualified Medical Physicists to make a meaningful impact in cancer care while advancing your professional career.
