In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales management skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work from one of our local offices in the field, promoting our temporary staffing services. This is a hybrid position working both sales and recruiting in light industrial industry.Duties Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized service.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements Proven experience in an outside territory sales role.Experience in the temporary staffing industry preferred.Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive approach to selling.Experienced in sales presentations and ability to close the sale.Ability to work with a team and independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive mindset with a focus on lead generation and upselling opportunities.Must have excellent time management skills.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for travel within the assigned territory.
