This is a leadership position inside a growing, high-volume collision center that believes in accountability, culture, and results. What You'll Own: You will be the heartbeat of the front office - ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience. Core Responsibilities:Lead and manage all front-office operations. Supervise CSRs, administrative staff, and customer communication flow. Manage AR, insurance billing, supplements, and final invoicing. Ensure DRP compliance and insurer documentation accuracy. Monitor cycle time performance and customer updates. Reconcile repair orders and maintain financial accuracy. Oversee payroll/timekeeping accuracy for the office team. Maintain OEM and Toyota brand standards. Deliver a white-glove customer experience. What We're Looking For: We want a proven leader who understands collision center operations - not someone learning it for the first time. Qualifications:3+ years collision office or collision management experience. Strong knowledge of DRP processes and insurance billing. Experience with estimating systems (CCC preferred). High level of organization and attention to detail. Strong communication and leadership skills. Financial mindset - understands gross profit, AR aging, and production flow.
