OTE $150,000-$300,000+ Full-Time Company: Nuvant Roofing Compensation: (Uncapped Commission). This is a 1099 opportunity with no income cap. Top performers earn between $150,000 and $300,000+ annually, based on: Doors knocked Appointments set Deals closed If you excel in performance-based sales and seek control over your income, this role presents a direct path to significant earnings. About the Role: Nuvant Roofing is in search of Field Sales Executives to expand our residential roofing business through direct-to-home outreach (door knocking) and in-person consultations. This is a field-based, hunter-style sales role ideal for professionals who thrive on working independently, taking ownership of their results, and generating income through consistent activity and effective closing skills. What You'll Do: Prospect assigned neighborhoods to generate roof inspections Set and attend homeowner appointments Conduct roof inspections and provide clear explanations of findings Present roofing solutions and finalize residential deals Adhere to Nuvant's proven sales process and playbook Track activities, pipeline, and follow-ups in our CRM Maintain consistent field activity to build ongoing momentum What We're Looking For: Mindset & Work Style Self-motivated and at ease working independently Accountable with strong follow-through Confident in communicating with homeowners Eager to learn, competitive, and focused on growth Comfortable working in a commission-only environment Experience (Preferred): Door-to-door (D2D) sales experience Experience in roofing, solar, pest control, home improvement, or commission-based sales No specific licensing required at hire - we provide guidance What We Provide: You supply the effort, and we deliver the infrastructure: Proven sales playbook along with structured training Scripts, messaging, and essential sales tools Access to CRM and tracking systems Leaders with real field sales experience Robust back-end operations and organized production A professional brand centered on trust and exceptional customer experience Schedule / Expectations: Successful executives generally: Follow a consistent weekly schedule Engage in daily prospecting Gradually build volume and a robust pipeline Success in Your First 90 Days: Top performers typically demonstrate: Regular daily prospecting Weekly increase in inspections and appointments Initial deals closed within 30-45 days Strong adherence to our processes High energy and willingness to learn Hiring Process (Important): We are selectively recruiting 15-20 total sales representatives.
