CNC PROGRAMMER

We are hiring CNC Programmer and CNC Operator in Athens, AL Title: CNC PROGRAMMER Location: Athens, AL 35613 Duration: Temp to hire/Full time PAY: $21-$30 DOE 1st shift Monday-Friday - 7am - 3:30 pm JOB SUMMARY: Our client is seeking an experienced CNC programmer with strong Mastercam Skills to support our job shop manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for programming, optimizing, and supporting CNC machining processes for high - mix, low - to medium - volume production environment. The ideal candidate is hands - on, detailed - oriented, and comfortable working closely with machinist and operators on the shop floor. KEY Responsibilities: Program CNC Mills and/or lathes using Mastecam. Develop efficient, machining strategies, including toolpaths, speeds, and feeds. Interpret blueprints, solid models, and GD&T requirements.
