Join our team as an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in a flexible hybrid role providing essential services to families with infants and toddlers aged 0-3. We welcome new graduates to apply for both full-time or part-time contract positions, offering ongoing support and benefits. Enjoy the opportunity to earn between $63 and $85 per hour, with a potential annual income of up to $176,000, along with fully paid housing and utilities. Key Responsibilities: Provide online and in-home therapy for infants and toddlers. Conduct evaluations focusing on gross motor, fine motor, adaptive skills, communication, and social-emotional development. Address sensory processing, motor planning, learning, and early behavior challenges. Write comprehensive reports, set treatment goals, and deliver effective therapy services. Consult with families, caregivers, teachers, and community providers to promote growth and development. Collaborate with a transdisciplinary team for holistic care. Attend regular multidisciplinary team meetings for continuous improvement. Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities. Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license in California. Experience or knowledge of developmental delays and disorders in infants and toddlers. Proficiency in conducting developmental evaluations. Comfortable with tele-practice and family coaching online. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation and Benefits: $63-$85 per hour, based on experience. Fully covered housing with no out-of-pocket rent or utilities. Flexible scheduling with a stable caseload from day one. Health insurance stipend available for full-time contractors. Paid continuing education units for full-time contractors. Cell phone stipend for part-time contractors (20+ hours/week). Compensation for commute mileage from home to client visits. Location: Eureka, California (In-State Relocation Available).
