Access opportunities for continuous learning and career development. Position Responsibilities: Develop N/C processes for both 2 and 3-axis, as well as 4 and 5-axis applications. Contribute to process improvements for existing hardware. Set up and operate both N/C and standard machine tools for production activities. Work from blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce top-quality hardware. Conduct in-process dimensional checks and CMM setups. Troubleshoot and resolve process issues effectively. Create and revise development and production plans as necessary. Provide guidance to team members during development and production tasks. Perform other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or an associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of machining, assembly, machine repair, or inspection experience. Experience in NC programming (e.g. APT, UG, or similar systems). Strong proficiency in shop math including geometry and trigonometry, as well as blueprint reading and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Desirable Qualifications: Completion of a machining apprenticeship. Experience in both NC and manual machining. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Experience with tooling and fixturing, STAS, and Maximo generation. Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality. The base pay for this role starts at $1,700.19 per week. Your specific pay may vary based on factors like experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. The job posting will remain open until 12/31/2026.
