The Opportunity: Join our Financial Services Global Structuring team where you will manage client accounts and lead teams focusing on strategic planning and mentorship. This Manager role allows you to inspire high-quality deliverables, leverage the strengths of your team, and maintain project success while adhering to professional standards. You will gain significant specialization in international insurance tax, integrating technology and innovation for enhanced service delivery. Responsibilities: Inspire and motivate staff to achieve top-tier deliverables. Encourage a culture of innovation within the team. Uphold professional standards and contribute to the firm's strategic objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent advanced degree. At least 4 years of relevant experience. Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation can replace a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Taxation. Certified Public Accountant or Bar Membership is highly desirable. Strong understanding of U.S. tax concepts. Proven ability to build and utilize client relationships. Experience as a technical business advisor in tax. Knowledge in international insurance tax. Experience with technology-driven solutions in tax advisory. Involvement in cross-border tax advisory projects. PwC is committed to equal opportunity. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
