As an Overnight Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our overnight operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences. In your capacity as the senior leader during your shift, you will take charge of operations, driving execution and making critical decisions to keep the team on track. Your Key Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, gather valuable feedback, and foster positive interactions that enhance the customer’s experience. Ensure seamless coordination among associates, customers, and orders for efficient food and beverage service. Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and recognition to associates, motivating them to excel in their performance. Uphold safety, security, and store policies, including protocols for crisis management. Oversee inventory management, stock levels, vendor check-ins, and the cash handling process. Why Join Us? Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs. Previous supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is preferred. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and relationship-building capabilities are essential. As an added benefit, associates in this position have the exciting option to participate in a 4-day work week, allowing for a better work-life balance. The hourly pay range for this role is $19.00 - $21.90, based on experience and location. You will also receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12am-6am.
