Job Title: Concrete ForemanJob Description We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead crews of laborers and manage job sites effectively. This role involves overseeing construction activities, with a particular focus on concrete and masonry work. Responsibilities Lead and manage crews of laborers on construction sites. Oversee concrete and masonry construction activities. Utilize Procore for project management and coordination. Conduct site safety meetings to ensure compliance with safety standards. Handle site paperwork and documentation efficiently. Collaborate with upper management to plan and implement a two-week look-ahead schedule. Work alongside the crew to ensure project milestones are met. Essential Skills Previous construction foreman experience, preferably in the concrete/masonry industry. Proficiency with Procore software. Experience in conducting site safety meetings. Capability to manage site paperwork and documentation. Possession of OSHA 10 certification, with OSHA 30 preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications Five years of industry experience is preferred. Willingness and ability to travel over state lines and stay at city sites as needed. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wallingford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
