RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide evaluations and treatment for pediatric patients experiencing neurodevelopmental challenges, including autism, developmental delays, and language disorders. • Conduct assessments using tools such as CELF, PLS-4, and Rossetti Infant-Toddler Language Scale. • Implement treatment plans and documentation in Epic, ensuring compliance with reimbursement and regulatory standards. • Educate patients and families regarding therapy processes, goals, and progress. • Utilize specialized equipment and adaptive communication devices as necessary. • Monitor patient safety and recognize signs and symptoms of physical, sexual, or psychological abuse throughout the care process. NOTES • The facility has specialized equipment necessary for therapy and evaluations. • Orientation required: 40 hours to familiarize with procedures and expectations. • All housing arrangements should be secured prior to acceptance of the position. • Travel pairs must have separate vehicles for transportation. • Transportation to and from the facility must be reliable.
