Job Description The Process Engineer will act as the primary technical resource for maintaining, analyzing, and improving manufacturing unit operations. Working closely with operations leadership, continuous improvement, and R&D teams, this role drives standardization, process variation, and supports key process changes within production. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to drive quality, efficiency, and consistency. Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions. Support training, MOC activities, and process safety initiatives. The Successful Applicant The ideal Process Engineer is a hands-on engineer with strong manufacturing experience and a passion for process improvement. They are comfortable analyzing data, working cross-functionally, and translating technical findings into clear actions and training. Qualifications & Skills: B.S. in Engineering (Chemical Engineering strongly preferred). 4+ years of experience supporting manufacturing operations. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams.
