CNC Machine Operator

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals of Ames, IA has partnered with a local Story City, IA company seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join their team! The main responsibilities in this role will be to perform routine change-overs and operates assigned CNC production equipment. This position starts at $20/hr, dependent on experience! The ideal candidate should demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and orderliness in performing work assignments, while striving for perfection and showing professional concern for quality of work. Environment: Multiple shifts available! Schedule will be assigned based on experience! This is a full-time, long-term position Locally owned manufacturer of customer components and systems, must be comfortable working in a large warehouse Steel-toed boots are required Duties: Performs routine machine change-overs by accessing correct program from computers Uses written, known, and established control plans Identifies and makes routine adjustments Measures product accurately using dedicated gaging according to control plan specifications Skills/Experience Needed: MUST have prior CNC machining experience!
