Packaging Warehouse Worker General job duties Promote and adhere to company safety regulations. Adjust and run all equipment on packaging line. Assist in preparing product for packaging. Making minor repairs to the production equipment when necessary Assist in building and packaging products for shipping to customers. Responsibilities Notifies appropriate personnel of quality and production line problems. Accurately completes required reports and records. Participates in cleaning. Keeps the work area neat, clean, and orderly while following proper sanitation procedures and good manufacturing practices. Qualifications Strong leadership skills a plus Good flexibility and able to adjust well to different assignments from day to day. Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve. Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software. Basic mathematical skills to create production calculations. Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stretch and stand during entire shift. Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and twist. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00
