They deliver projects across corporate, healthcare, academic, public, and historic renovation sectors and offer services spanning preconstruction, CM at risk, general contracting, design build, construction administration, and owner representation. The team operates out of Connecticut and Rhode Island and manages projects throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. Job Description Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through closeout Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with internal teams including estimating, field operations, and leadership Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress reporting Support preconstruction efforts including scope development and value analysis Drive successful delivery of complex projects across multiple sectorsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
