Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-first finance experience Present finance, lease, and protection options clearly and ethically Offer F&I products (service contracts, GAP, maintenance, etc.) using a consultative approach Structure and submit deals to lenders to secure competitive approvals Ensure accurate, compliant paperwork and timely funding Collaborate with the sales team to support a seamless client experience Achieve monthly production, penetration, and PVR goals while maintaining high CSI Who We're Looking For We want a Finance Manager who fits the David Auto culture - someone who values relationships, treats clients like family, and believes in doing business the right way.
